2025 PLANNER & LAUNCH INFO

Yes there will be a comparison table, 'help me choose' video and plenty of photos to help you compare planners.

Yes, you will be able to order other products at the same time as preordering your planner. We recommend stocking up on covers, stickers, pens and notepads to complete your planning collection!

Please note ALL items from your order will be shipped together, once planners arrive.

All Presale orders will be dispatched by early December.

For each planner type, the contents will be the same across all cover designs/colours. 

ie. For an Essential Planner, the pages inside will have the same layout across the Lilac, Blush and Sage cover designs.

Each 2025 planner type is the same size as previous years, so you can reuse any covers you’ve already purchased.

The Lilac in Bloom Luxe Pen is available to purchase separately.

The ‘My Story’ Vintage Sage Pen is only available as a set with your Limited Edition planner.

Our Term Dividers are removable.

So you can position your fold-out Term Planner, and Divider Tab, at the correct date for your school.

The Signature Planner has  a new Weekly Routine Planner across a two-page spread followed by our signature vertical Week Planner in a Monday-to-Sunday layout,

In most cases we'll reply within 24 hrs, however during weekends, peak times, including (but not limited to) sales periods, Christmas and planner release season please allow an additional 2-3 days. 

Our office hours are 10am – 4pm AEST, Monday – Friday. 

While we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as we can, in most cases this is within 48 hrs however depending on the time of year please allow up to 14+ days dispatch time once your order is placed. Current dispatch time frame will be clearly advised at checkout when selecting your shipping option. You will receive your parcel tracking details by email once your order has shipped.   

Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, after which you will receive a tracking email.

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on backorder and is in transit to us from our manufacturer. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date’ which is the date given to us by the shipper for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised on the listing. Stock can arrive earlier, or later, than the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforeseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur which can delay items arriving.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Whilst we understand that you want your beautiful SPP items as soon as possible, we kindly ask for your patience, we are a small team and while we will dispatch your order as quickly as we possibly can, and this is generally within a matter of days - in peak season, during launches and sale periods, extended wait times of 14+ days can be experienced for us to dispatch your order from our facility. 

For any Australia Post updates that could impact the shipping time of your order, please refer directly to Aus Post at: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates

Please note that, all customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Our website automatically quotes international shipping based on location and weight.

Please refer to the product listing for estimate arrival or release date of products. None of your order will be shipped until ALL items in your order are available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in only one parcel, together within the latest dispatch timeframe, once ALL items to fulfil your order are available. 

If you place an order containing more than one preorder item, your order will be dispatched according to the latest preorder dispatch time. 

We want you to love your Steph Pase products so we have a 14-day change of mind exchange store credit policy, excluding digital downloads.

Change of mind return items must be returned to us at the customers expense, safely, unopened and in their original packaging and condition with proof of purchase. Your return value will be credited to you in a store credit by email.

Please select your items with care, as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Should you find your items faulty we will provide a replacement product or where not possible, refund the item. 

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on 'seconds stock' products. Please understand that when purchasing 'seconds stock' that these products are discounted as they may be slightly damaged, refer to listings for more information.

All orders are packed with care by our team and dispatched from the SPP warehouse in Wollongong which is just south of Sydney, Australia.

SHOPPING WITH US

Once you have submitted your order, it will display as ‘Processing’ while our team work to prepare your order for delivery. When your order is ‘Completed’, your order has left our facility for delivery and is now on its way to you. 

You will receive an email directly from Australia Post or DHL with your tracking information. 

You can use your Australia Post email to track the location of your order. In the event that your order shows no updates or delays please either contact the postal service or email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking.

Please be aware that slight colour variations between different production batches of our products is possible. These variations are due to small differences in materials or manufacturing processes. While we work closely with our suppliers and strive for consistency, these minor differences should not impact the overall quality or performance of the product. Thank you for your understanding!
